This Privacy Policy explains how JRL collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through our SMS (text messaging) services. By using or opting into our SMS communication platform, you agree to the practices described below.

 Important Notice
Asphalte JRL Paving Inc collects opt-in verbally at their locations or over the phone. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based notifications. They will be verbally informed that "Message and data rates may apply", "Message frequency may vary", and they can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

 How We Use This Information
We use your information strictly for the following purposes:

• To send service alerts, appointment reminders, or ticket updates

• To communicate with you regarding your services with JRL Paving

• To offer customer support and respond to HELP requests

• To comply with legal obligations or carrier requirements

• Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS message content with third parties for marketing purposes.
 Opting Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Your number will be removed from our SMS system immediately.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. While SMS is not a fully encrypted channel, we use secure systems to store message history and customer data. Only authorized personnel have access to these systems.
